Born in Bergamo, Italy, a small town north east of Milan. I graduated from one of the most renoun Culinary Art Insitute in San Pellegrino. I was very lucky because at a young age I was able to travel and earn a good living while doing it while working on a passenger cruise ship. I work in the restaurant business for many many years and learned numerous of interesting things on cooking, recipes and how to.
During my life I experienced the ups and downs that most people do. Now I want to put to writing all the things I learned and share interesting recipes and tricks with my new readers.
